My product is damaged or parts are missing

Oh no, we hate when that happens! We strive to ensure all items leave us in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item or something’s missing, please email us with a photo of the damage. We’ll replace the item if it’s still in stock, or offer a refund. Just make sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We’re here to resolve the issue swiftly and satisfactorily.

What if my parcel gets lost?

While we do our best to ensure timely and safe delivery, sometimes things go wrong in transit. If your parcel is delayed, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number. If your parcel doesn’t turn up, you may need to seek compensation from the courier.

Returns and refunds

We offer refunds only for defective items or items that don't match their description due to our error. To apply for a refund, send us a photo of the item via email.

If you need to exchange an item, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. For your peace of mind, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t take responsibility for lost returns.
