Organic Silver Ring Making Class with Stones Workshop

Hi! We're the people behind FunkyFunYou, a Melbourne-based brand known for colourful art jewellery and playful DIY kits. We’re so excited to invite you to this cozy, hands-on workshop where you’ll explore the magic of silver clay.

In this 2.5-hour to 3-hour session, we’ll focus on designing and creating your very own silver ring, complete with sparkling gemstones. You’ll be working with 5g of silver clay + unlimited high quality heat-resistant gems.

What to expect:

• The first 90 minutes will focus on learning the basics, exploring design ideas, and shaping your ring with guidance from our instructors
• We’ll then take a 15-minute break while your piece dries
• After the break, you’ll sand and refine your ring so it’s ready for firing

Please note:

We won’t be firing the rings during the session. Your ring will be taken back to the FunkyFunYou studio, where it will be professionally fired and polished by our team.

You can choose to:

• Have your finished piece shipped to you, or pick it up from us for free.
• Finished rings are usually ready within 2 weeks.

Locations:

• Most workshops are held in our cozy studio in Blackburn, but occasionally we run sessions in Collingwood or Brunswick. These venues are a bit more open and social, so please keep that in mind when booking.
• One drink is on us (Blackburn studio only) – choose from tea, coffee, or a soft drink.
