What if my parcel gets lost in the mail?
While we aim to do everything we can to ensure you receive your products safely and on time, we know that unforeseen issues can occur within the delivery system. To ensure that you receive your parcel, we double check that your shipping address is 100% correct, and we add a tracking number to stay updated.
If your parcel doesn't arrive on time, we ask that you contact the courier service directly to enquire about your missing parcel, and reference the tracking number. If you do not eventually receive your parcel, we suggest that you ask the courier for compensation for the lost parcel (this could be a percentage of what the lost parcel was worth).
What if the earrings I purchased are faulty?
First of all, we are so sorry! We always aim to ensure that our products in perfect condition when distributed, and it is so disappointing that your item isn't up to this standard.
Follow the returns process and attach a photo of the fault. If still in stock we’ll replace the item for you otherwise we’ll issue a refund upon receiving your return. Please be sure to contact us regarding any faults within seven days of receiving your product, and if we are at fault we provide you with the best possible solution, as soon a possible.
What should I do if I'd like to stock Funky Fun You products in my store?

What should I do if I'm unsatisfied with the handmade product I received?
This is heartbreaking to hear, as customer satisfaction is our top priority!
Please keep in mind, due to the hand-crafted nature of many of our products, we are unable to reproduce the exact colour and pattern photographed on our website. This makes our products piece truly unique, however minor imperfections such as small bubbles and slight scratches may occur. No two Funky Fun You products are exactly the same, and we think that's part of what makes them so great. However, if the variation in handmade products in an issue for you, perhaps consider this before you shop with us.
If, however, you are dissatisfied with the product you received, we will do everything we can to resolve any issues to your satisfaction. To apply for a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.
What are your products made of?
- Epoxy resin - it's a special plant based, non-toxic epoxy resin.
- Details and features such as mini figures (traditionally used within architecture) and dried flowers. We source the funkiest materials to make our products truly unique!
- Beautiful dyes - each piece is a carefully considered colour.
- Sterling silver and surgical steel findings - Most of our earrings have surgical steel wires or posts (See the detailed description in each product page). Your ears will thank you!
Are all of your products handmade?
We make all of the resin used in our products by hand in Melbourne. Some of our collections are 100% handmade by us, and some collections include acrylic materials that we source from laser-cut studios. We assemble these sourced raw materials by hand, to create our funky finished products!
Do Funky Fun You items come with gift boxes?
Of course! Our products make great gifts, and we love providing you with a gift box to make your purchase extra special. We provide complimentary gift boxes with every online order. In addition to this, we are happy to provide a gift card with a handwritten message. If you would like to include this option, simply write us a note with you check out.
Do you accept custom product orders?
Yes! We currently accept custom design orders for necklaces, earrings and rings. Feel free to send us an email or direct message if you'd like to know some more information.
How to take care my resin jewellery?
Even though the resin is UV stable and resistant, it is not resistant to yellowing if left in the sun for long periods of time. Warm water and a soft cloth can be used to clean. Never use abrasive or harsh cleaning products or chemicals.
Can you use multiple discounts and coupon for the same purchase?
No, we only accept one discount per purchase - thanks for understanding!
I saw a design of yours that I loved on instagram, but it seems to be discontinued. Am I still able to order it?
Yes! You sure can. Please contact us if this is the case, and we would be happy to make whichever design you desire. Please note that these special requests may take a little longer, so please allow 5-10 business days for us to source materials and prepare the design.
